Atletas Swimming Academy It is our pleasure to announce that Atletas Swimming Academy has joined our platform. Join us for swimming and scuba diving classes for all levels in Dubai. Atletas Swimming Academy conducts classes every day in the indoor swimming pool at Clarion School, Business Bay, between 4 pm and 9 pm. Students are coached by qualified swimming teachers from Spain in different groups based on their age and ability, helping them develop the aquatic skills they will need to become confident swimmers. Atletas' top priorities are water confidence, water safety, and basic strokes. Toddlers Classes: The classes are held in a parent-child format, encouraging toddlers to explore and learn about the world around them. Stage 1 Water Confidence: In this level, the child will experience water in a game form, which will build a positive and exciting experience with water. Stage 2 Beginner: With a focus on exercises and attention, the beginner level is an excellent transition between the "water confidence" level and the "new swimmer" level. Stage 3 New Swimmer: Swimming sessions are getting longer at level three, allowing swimmers to work out each drill more thoroughly. The goal of level 3 is to develop strength and coordination in the basic strokes of front crawl and back crawl. Stage 4 Improver: This level will build leg strength and coordination, arms, and breathing coordination, as well as mild stamina improvement exercises. Stage 5 Stroke Correction: Besides practising Front Crawl and Back Crawl techniques, this level introduces the swimmer to basic Butterfly strokes and develops body position, arms, and legs timing. Stage 6 Pre Squad: A swimmer who has progressed through the basic program will be able to train for fitness purposes, improve their skills even further, and be confident enough to compete at swimming meets at this level.
